As a ‘busy’ midlife woman I understand the everyday challenges that we all face, finding time for ourselves to focus on our own physical and mental well-being, something that really is a non-negotiable as we grow older, but can also be a little more challenging during the Summer. My aim with PilatesNow is to keep it real, making your exercise goals achievable while having a little fun along the way.
Our short workouts will complement your existing exercise routine to improve posture and muscle tone for a leaner, stronger, sculpted look, and also to help you feel energised and re-balanced. There is no magical pill or quick fix for a whole new body, we all know this right? But we can definitely stack the odds in our favour to ‘feel the difference, see the difference’, to get healthy and strong with lasting results and to move pain free everyday.
With consistent practice, you will see and feel the positive results of moving with PilatesNow. You will love the way you feel, the mind-body balance and rejuvenation after every class. The benefits are endless.
Don’t worry if you have no experience of PILATES, our comprehensive beginners programme, will take you through the steps and help you gradually build your strength and confidence. Our progressive courses will bring you from Complete Beginner level to Intermediate level, with a range of courses in between totaling over 100 workouts. We also offer a LIVE class every month, and a LIVE LIBRARY if you can’t make it LIVE. To help keep you on track with your new routine, we offer a monthly curated workout calendar, so all you have to do is click on the date and your workout is waiting for you, everyday from Monday to Friday.
Our 3 MONTH SUMMER MEMBERSHIP is available for three months from your start date.

We are here to support and encourage you, and help you get back on top! We get it, life is busy and it can be a challenge to find time for ourselves. Our programmes are designed with you in mind, we aim to keep it real, and make daily movement accessible and enjoyable. Designed and led by an experienced Physical Therapist and Pilates Instructor who has worked with 1000’s of women, you can be assured you are in safe hands. We have a mixture of longer courses and shorter bite-sized classes for people on the go, it’s Pilates in your Pocket. Our workout calendar is great motivational tool, if you’re undecided on a workout we suggest one for you, or you can choose from over 100 workouts available in our library. There really is something for everybody.
