Our online on-demand pregnancy pilates course MOMA BUMPS is tailored for pregnancy and is the ideal companion to keep you healthy and strong for your pregnancy journey.
While movement is central to these classes, we offer more than a simple fitness course. It’s about learning more, taking control, feeling informed, empowered and confident, understanding your body, discovering breathing and relaxation techniques that work for YOU, and preparing YOUR body and mind for each stage of pregnancy and labour, and laying down the foundations for a truly effective recovery, so you feel better and stronger than ever before.
Our ON-DEMAND online course consists of 8 pilates based movement classes on the gym ball and mat. Exercises are modified for pregnancy, taking you from early pregnancy, through the labour ward and beyond, always including modifications that suit you, as your body changes and bump grows. We include lots of functional movement and aim to keep your body strong for pregnancy and birth and to aid your recovery once baby arrives.
In addition to our 8 full movement classes, we cover topics such as breath, pelvic floor, posture, optimum positioning, comfort measures, and the 4th trimester, with lots of tips and advice along the way.
Designed and presented by experienced physical therapist and mom of two; Goretti Dwyer, these classes come recommended by midwives, GPs, physios and most importantly MOMS, and are an amazing way of preparing your BODY and MIND for a positive, healthy pregnancy, labour and journey into motherhood.
Goretti is passionate about empowering and educating women and at the start of each class, there’s a discussion section where we offer support, advice and practical tips for pregnancy, labour and way beyond.

How much does the programme cost?
The MOMA BUMPS programme costs €72. Once you join you will have access to ALL classes for a period of 8 weeks to allow you the time, but also to give a gentle nudge to complete this programme.
