There is no magical pill or quick fix for a whole new body, we all know this right? Buuuut we can definitely stack the odds in our favour to ‘feel the difference, see the difference’, to get healthy with lasting results and to move pain free everyday. With modern day living and so many distractions pulling us in different directions, it can be challenging to implement a healthier lifestyle and maintain a sense of both physical and mental wellbeing. But changing the little things, including better options and removing those energy sucking practices from our day, all serve to give a healthy balance at any stage in life – young or old, pre or postnatal, perimenopausal, menopausal or post menopausal, we all need to FIND BALANCE and also cut ourselves some slack when we need it

EASY!? Hmmmmm….Well yes if we break it down a little and take one small step, make one small change, take one day at a time #controlthecontrollables and look for #progressnotperfection

Of course, I’m going to talk about movement, and yes, there is some work required, some commitment and consistency. And as a working mom of two, trying to keep all the balls up in the air, juggling homeschool, work, perimenopause, selfcare – whats that? Sometimes those work life balance scales get tipped all the way in the wrong direction. Sometimes it’s just a case of taking a few deep breaths and finding perspective, some times its hiding in the hot press with a class of wine.

I definitely understand that life can be ‘busy’ for a multitude of reasons, and getting out to a class isn’t always possible. I know only too well how hard it is to find the time to do some consistent effective movement in the day. To simplify things, I’ve designed a versatile array of classes ranging in time from 5 – 45 minutes, that can fit into your world, we have shorter workouts ‘PILATES ON THE GO’ and we have full courses for Beginners, Improvers and experienced movers on Whether you are working from home, juggling kids, work and homeschooling, or just not getting an opportunity to move as you would like, there’s something here for EVERYBODY, pilates is for everybody. These original pilates workouts are designed to be challenging, safe, rewarding and fun!

Even if you only have 15 minutes a day, doing pilates for those 15 minutes consistently, each day, each week, will lead to results. So if you are short on time you can take comfort in knowing that you can still get an effective pilates workout and build and maintain strength. You will feel better in body and mind, and have more energy to deal with the daily grind.
